Coverage,
Fees, Referrals Our services are covered
by most outpatient health insurance policies. We
encourage clients to let us assist them in determining
their coverage, fees and referrals. For therapy
services not covered under an insurance plan, our
office can arrange an appropriate payment plan
Professional standards regarding
confidentiality are honored at all times. We are
committed to quality, cost-effective health-care
services. Our goal is to deliver care which maximizes
patient satisfaction while maintaining accountability
for patient care. We utilize quality improvement
measures and track the outcomes of our treatments.
All of our providers are licensed by the State
of Minnesota and hold appropriate credentials
to provide services to our patients.
We require that children ten and under have supervision
provided by a responsible adult or mature sibling
fourteen or older. We want parents experience with
the therapist to be uninterrupted by the needs of
your children in the lobby.
Due to allergies and chemical sensitivities of patients
and staff, we are a FRAGRANCE FREE clinic. Please
refrain from using scented products or those containing
fragrances or perfume when you visit us.
